Thomas Kovachevich

In each video segment of the Thomas Kovachevich interview, a question is asked and answered. The interview was filmed at his studio in November of 2011.

Born in Detroit, the New York-based Thomas Kovachevich is both an artist and a physician. He first exhibited his work at the Penthouse Gallery at MOMA and was included in Documenta V, 1972. In 2011 he exhibited at Callicoon Fine Art in NYC. You can see more of his work at and his videos at

    I am blown away by you. When I was your patient I never knew you were this person. I looked at the slide show on line and enjoyed watching each piece as it went by stopping at some to glance a little longer. I liked the blue in green, it reminded me of a Miles number. It was great seeing your work and watching this interview.
